Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Real Estate Salesperson. Responsibilities include managing property showings, guiding clients through buying, selling, or leasing properties, and negotiating contracts. The salesperson will also conduct market research, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and staying updated on real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in local property laws and market trends is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Relevant experience or a background in real estate is an asset
