Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients at our project sites and managing channel partner (broker) relationships. This is a front-facing role, perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at project sites or sales offices.
- Provide detailed information about the project features, floor plans, pricing, amenities, and USPs.
- Conduct site tours and help potential buyers visualize the lifestyle offered by our luxury residences.
- Build strong rapport with customers and convert leads into bookings through personalized engagement.
- Manage relationships with brokers and channel partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, site visits, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and closing teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to effectively pitch and position our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Freshers with degrees/diplomas in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales or hospitality (front office, guest relations, etc.) will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a flair for sales and relationship management.
- Presentable personality and professional demeanor.
