Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Ranchi. The Real Estate Salesperson will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by facilitating property transactions, conducting property showings, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks involve understanding client needs, effectively marketing real estate services, negotiating deals, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations in the real estate sector. The role also requires excellent customer service, networking, and communication skills to identify and develop new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate principles and Real Property market trends
- A valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Sales and ability to meet targets and close deals effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to foster client relationships
- Familiarity with local property market conditions and regulations in Jharkhand
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role
- Proficiency in using digital tools to market properties is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
