Role Description We're Hiring – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source and onboard Channel Partners/Brokers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
· Drive sales for farmhouses, plots, and villa projects.
· Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and partner registration.
· Develop tie-ups with brokers, consultants, and other business associates.
· Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
Requirements:
· 2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales.
· Experience in selling plots, villas, or farmhouse projects.
· Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build, manage, and expand channel partner networks.
· Target-oriented with good market knowledge.
