About the Role
NextRealtor is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Callers & Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
📞 Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate quality leads.
🏢 Explain property details, investment opportunities, and company offerings.
📅 Schedule site visits and client meetings.
📋 Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports.
🤝 Build long-term relationships with clients.
🎯 Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
💬 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
✔️ 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service.
✔️ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
✔️ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
✔️ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
✔️ Real Estate sales experience will be preferred.
