Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Vadodara. In this role, the Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations for real estate sales. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing end-to-end sales processes, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on market trends and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in client relationship management and lead generation
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, especially luxury homes, is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to client requirements
