Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Real Estate Sales Professional. The individual in this position will manage end-to-end sales cycles, provide expert guidance to clients on property options, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate agreements. The Sales Professional will ensure the achievement of sales targets, participate in market analysis, and uphold excellent customer service standards. Reporting and coordinating with the sales team are also integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, market analysis, and property management trends.
- Effective client communication, active listening, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and qualifying prospective buyers.
- Business acumen to identify sales opportunities and propose customized solutions.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or in sales roles will be considered a strong plus.
