Ob Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented
Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, helping clients navigate the complex process of purchasing or selling property. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and reach out to prospective buyers through various channels (cold calling, networking, and digital leads).
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits for potential clients, highlighting the features and value propositions of residential/commercial projects.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the Noida and Gautam Buddha Nagar region.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations and facilitate the documentation process to ensure a smooth transition from lead to deal closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and provide excellent after-sales support to encourage referrals.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure all promotional materials and contracts are accurate.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
- Skills:
- Core: Strong expertise in Real Estate Sales and Business Development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close high-value deals.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Traits: Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
