PropertyPistol is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Managers with expertise in the South Bombay (SOBO) or Western Mumbai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert quality leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
