Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager for the Indore region. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. The Sales Manager will oversee property sales processes, implement sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals. This role also includes mentoring and motivating the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and representing Sanjana Developers professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property management
- Valid Real Estate License
- Proven experience in Sales and customer acquisition in the real estate sector
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and a deep understanding of the local market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus
