Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include managing and enhancing sales activities in both residential and commercial real estate. The role involves client relationship management, meeting sales targets, guiding customers through property transactions, identifying prospects, and presenting verified property options. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Expertise in navigating the Gurugram real estate market, particularly in residential and commercial properties
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
