Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager based in Gurgaon. The role includes managing and driving sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee property transactions, provide guidance to clients, and stay informed about local market trends to leverage opportunities. Reporting, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth are key components of this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate understanding of real estate practices
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and client management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set objectives, and achieve targets
- Proficiency in understanding local real estate market trends and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry is an advantage
