Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role involves managing client relationships, guiding buyers and investors through the property selection and acquisition process, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, coordinating site visits, and maintaining expert knowledge of the local real estate market. The Sales Manager will also mentor team members and collaborate with builders to secure strategic partnerships and exclusive opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Proven experience in Real Estate and managing Real Property transactions
- Sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively and meet targets
- Ability to lead a team and build strong client relationships
- Experience in real estate marketing and networking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
