Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Gurgaon
Job Overview:
We are seeking a performance-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in residential real estate sales within the Gurgaon market. This role requires a balance of individual sales contribution and team management, with a primary focus on lead conversion, client handling, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of 3–6 sales executives, ensuring target achievement
• Handle and convert qualified inbound leads into successful closures
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
• Drive consistent follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
• Monitor daily team activities including calls, site visits, and conversions
• Ensure effective lead tracking and follow-up management through CRM systems
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain quality lead flow and campaign effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Achieve individual as well as team sales targets
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong experience in Gurgaon residential property market
• Proven track record in client handling, site visits, and deal closures
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring preferred
• Working knowledge of CRM and lead management systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Location Requirement:
- Candidates must be currently based in Gurgaon and comfortable working from office.
