Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales with hands-on experience in residential property sales in the Gurgaon market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales and should be capable of managing a small sales team while driving property sales through effective client handling and follow-up management.
This role requires a balance of individual contribution and team management, with a strong focus on lead conversion and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and guide a team of 3–6 sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Handle and convert qualified inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Support team members in follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Monitor daily activities such as calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up management through CRM systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to improve conversion and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure quality lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
• Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
Experience & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in residential property sales in Gurgaon is mandatory.
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring junior sales executives is preferred.
• Strong experience in client handling, site visits, and deal closures.
• Basic understanding of lead management and CRM systems.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
Location Requirement
Candidates must be currently based in Gurgaon and comfortable working from the office.
No relocation candidates will be considered.
