Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur is for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive property sales, manage customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, leading and motivating a sales team, strategizing to maximize revenue, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and clients, demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Service to build and nurture client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site role in Jaipur
- Bachelor’s de Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate sales tools is advantageous
