Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position located in the Kharadi area, Pune Division. The Real Estate Sales professional will identify and engage potential clients, guide them through the property buying, selling, or leasing process, and negotiate terms for successful transactions. Additional responsibilities include participating in property marketing activities, conducting site visits, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the local real estate market. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in Real Estate business processes, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Sales expertise with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in Real Property markets, including an understanding of property valuation, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities, as well as problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site role based in Pune Division, with flexibility for field visits as required.
- Experience in sales or real estate customer engagement would be advantageous.
