What You’ll Learn & Do

• Participate in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
• Understand client requirements and coordinate property visits
• Stay up to date on market trends in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR
• Assist in lead generation via multiple channels
• Support deal closures and earn incentives on successful conversions
• Schedule and attend client meetings
• Work from project sites, gaining deep knowledge of assigned properties
• Learn high-value sales strategies from seasoned professionals

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates from 2024 or 2025 batches only
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in real estate
• Owning a vehicle for site visits is a plus
• Interest in sales and client interaction
