We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Head to lead our sales operations for premium plotting and farmhouse projects in Igatpuri.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in handling real estate sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Igatpuri sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct CP meetings and client presentations
- Develop sales strategies for plotting and farmhouse projects
- Monitor team performance and improve conversions
- Handle client negotiations and deal closures
- Build strong channel partner and customer relationships
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in plotting/farmhouse sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
