Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Sales Manager at OneCasa Group, based in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales across real estate offerings while also contributing to business growth in construction and interior-related services. The role involves handling client interactions, managing leads, conducting follow-ups, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, improving conversion strategies, and supporting revenue growth across multiple service verticals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, client handling, and deal closure
- Strong understanding of property sales processes, market trends, and customer requirements
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and end-to-end sales coordination
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience or interest in construction and interior sales is an added advantage
- Good organizational and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Location: Hyderabad
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
