Role Description
As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Yes Property, you will play a key role in identifying client requirements, advising on property investments, and facilitating successful property sales and purchases. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating prices, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North, with opportunities to collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate sales and a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets and Real Property assessment
- Proven experience and success in Sales, with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a competitive, target-driven environment with minimal supervision
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach with attention to detail
- Preferably experienced in the Bengaluru real estate market
