Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Executive will manage property sales, develop client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to property buyers and sellers. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and maintaining market knowledge to provide valuable insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida that requires excellent interpersonal and sales capabilities.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and foundational understanding of real estate processes and practices.
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Experience and knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and property market trends.
- Proficient Sales skills, including negotiation and client relationship management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals in an on-site environment.
- Previous experience in property sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
