Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Mashel. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing property client portfolios, building strong customer relationships, generating sales leads, and executing successful property negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, creating marketing campaigns, preparing contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales team to ensure sales targets are met. The role requires active communication with clients and a strong focus on excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Experience in real estate sales, property management, or related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Marketing abilities, including social media marketing, campaign development, and promotional strategies
- Good understanding of the local real estate market and trends
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Valid real estate license and familiarity with local regulations
