Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, providing market insights, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on real estate market conditions, promoting properties through various channels, and providing outstanding customer service. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base in the Tricity area.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Experience in Real Estate transactions, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, focusing on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Knowledge of Real Property and market trends in the Tricity area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
