- Real estate sales Executive
What we are looking for
A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property transaction by generating leads, guiding clients through site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Ensuring a seamless sales process while meeting ambitious revenue and conversion targets
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads, coordinate site visits, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure a smooth and professional sales process while achieving revenue and conversion targets.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present competitive offers, and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and agents.
- Assist clients throughout the closing process, ensuring all legal documentation and formalities are completed accurately.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop and strengthen client networks through referrals, marketing initiatives, and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience required in real estate selling.
- A proven track record of meeting in real state sales target.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft and CRM tools.
