Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Nagpur. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing relationships with clients, and guiding them through the sales process. Daily tasks include property showings, sales negotiations, assisting clients with paperwork, and understanding the local property market to provide tailored advice. The goal is to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate and understanding market trends and real property management
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work on-site and demonstrate flexibility in meeting clients' needs
- Past experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
