• Hindi speaking is mandatory
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as referrals, digital platforms, and field activities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct client meetings, present project details clearly, and arrange site visits
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into successful closures
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation and smooth registration process
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
