Role Description
- Drive residential / commercial sales through client interactions, site visits and closures.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting.
- Develop and execute possession-phase plans, including documentation, communication, and possession-day coordination.
- Ensure a seamless client experience during the transition from purchase to occupancy.
- Act as the client liaison for post-possession queries, complaints, and facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with the facilities/maintenance team to resolve issues promptly and uphold brand reputation.
- Conduct competitor analysis, price benchmarking, and absorption studies.
- Provide periodic insights on customer trends and market dynamics to management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in ultra-luxury or high-value residential & commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and facility management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research or competitor benchmarking.
- Ability to manage client escalations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and closing sales in real estate.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, operations, and facilities.
