We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage client interactions, conduct property site visits, and drive sales closures. The candidate will be responsible for assisting potential buyers throughout the property purchase journey and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits with potential clients and explain property details.
- Handle customer visits and meetings to understand their property requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
- Work towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to move them towards deal closure.
- Provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and close sales.
- Basic CRM knowledge for lead management.
- Ability to conduct site visits and client meetings confidently.
