Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role that is located in Bengaluru East. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, showcasing and selling properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property tours, preparing sales presentations, negotiating transactions, and staying informed about market trends. You will actively generate leads, build a robust client database, and collaborate with team members to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Real Estate License
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property markets
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience working within the Bengaluru market will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
