Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and closing deals. Responsibilities include conducting market research to stay updated on property trends, managing client inquiries, showcasing properties, and negotiating terms of sale. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills to showcase properties and present solutions
- Proven ability to understand the real estate market and perform relevant market research
- Organizational skills for managing records, inquiries, and sales activities efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
