We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, understanding investment requirements, explaining property offerings, and supporting the overall sales process from lead generation to closure.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and market research skills and are looking to build a career in the real estate and proptech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and understand their real estate investment requirements.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
- Provide detailed information about properties, investment opportunities, pricing, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and developers for smooth onboarding and deal execution.
- Assist clients during negotiations and support closure activities by resolving queries and preparing required documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Support senior management with sales reports, documentation, and pipeline updates.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, customer engagement, and conversion processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Customer Engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of customer handling and relationship management.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior exposure to real estate sales or working with reputed developers will be an added advantage.
