Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Gurugram. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating property sales, providing superior customer service, and assisting clients with buying and selling real estate properties. You will actively identify potential clients, negotiate deals, conduct site visits, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will stay updated on market trends and ensure compliance with local property regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience into Real Estate Sales with strong communication
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property markets
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Proven Sales experience and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
