Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive primary residential sales through channel partners and direct customer interaction. The role involves managing broker relationships, handling site visits, and closing deals while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential property sales through channel partners and direct clients
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners
- Achieve sales targets for bookings and revenue
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for customers
- Generate leads through partners, referrals, and marketing activities
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer onboarding
- Assist customers with home loan processing and related support
- Maintain sales data, pipeline, and reports in CRM
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 1 years of experience in primary real estate sales
- Mandatory: Channel partner management or builder sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple clients and site visits
