Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, located in Pune District. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships. The role requires identifying client needs, offering personalized real estate solutions, and staying well-informed about market trends. Additionally, the consultant will participate in team training sessions and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry
- Experience in Customer Service and relationship management
- Excellent Sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to learn and effectively apply new Training materials and techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactiveness, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Pune is advantageous
