Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will assist clients in buying and selling properties, provide expertise in property transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting property showings, closing sales transactions, and staying updated on market trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments, including the legal and registration teams, to facilitate smooth and transparent processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Real Estate Sales and overall Real Estate operations
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management abilities
- Experience in Training and mentoring is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets is advantageous
- Knowledge of local property markets and legal frameworks in Pune is beneficial
