Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will focus on driving property sales by identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include facilitating property transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and staying informed on market trends. The role also involves collaborating with team members and participating in relevant training to enhance business development strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate market knowledge
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
  • Experience in providing and participating in Training sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
  • A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
