Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team onsite in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Consultant will be responsible for securing real estate client leads, guiding clients through the property purchasing process, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key tasks include showcasing properties, maintaining and growing client relationships, negotiating sales terms, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends and participating in training to maintain expertise in the real estate market.
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to promote and sell apartment units at our site location. You'll build relationships with potential buyers, achieve sales targets, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential customers and real estate buyers
- Provide project and product insights to customers
- Help customers shortlist inventory and finalize apartments
- Assist with site visits, analysis, and recommendations
- Negotiate prices and contracts
- Manage client queries and provide solutions
- Generate sales and connect with leads
- Ensure complete customer servicing and documentation
- Participate in sales and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in apartment sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Familiarity with online listing platforms and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Customer-centric mindset
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular hours

- Proven abilities in Real Estate Sales and general Sales operations
- Strong Real Estate market knowledge and experience within the industry
- Exemplary Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building
- Capability to lead and participate in Training sessions to continually improve skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Proficiency with real estate management tools and technology is an advantage

- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
