Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Real Estate Sales Business Development Manager (BDM). The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing and negotiating property sales, and staying informed about local real estate market trends. Additional responsibilities include fostering connections with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and working to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property transaction processes
- Strong Sales skills, including account management and client negotiation experience
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, including relationship-building and responsiveness
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales-driven goals
