Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Plots)
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate Sales Mandatory)



About the Role
We are looking for a "highly driven Sales Executive" to handle "Sales". The role requires strong on-ground execution, client handling, and deal-closing ability in the real estate sector.



Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for "residential/commercial plot sales"
  • Conduct **site visits" with clients and explain project details
  • Handle **end-to-end sales cycle** (lead → follow-up → closing)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaign-driven leads
  • Maintain daily reporting of leads, site visits, and conversions

Requirements
  • Minimum **1 year experience in real estate sales (plots preferred)**
  • Strong understanding of **Lucknow real estate market**
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to **close deals**
  • Comfortable with **field work and client meetings**
  • Basic knowledge of documentation (registry, agreements, etc.)

Compensation
  • Fixed Salary + **High Performance Incentives (per sale basis)**
  • Unlimited earning potential based on closures

Bonus Preference
