π About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Sales Executive. ποΈ
You will be helping clients buy under-construction properties from top builders in Bangalore. ποΈ
This is a full-cycle sales role involving lead handling, meetings, site visits and deal closures. π€

π οΈ Key Responsibilities
β’ π Call and follow up with interested property buyers
β’ π¬ Connect with clients via WhatsApp and schedule meetings
β’ π Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
β’ π Conduct site visits & property presentations
β’ π€ Meet clients at office / site / home as required
β’ π Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads
β’ π― Work towards monthly sales targets and closures

π€ Who Weβre Looking For
β’ π£οΈ Strong communication & persuasion skills
β’ β¨ Confident, presentable and proactive personality
β’ π§ Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings & site visits
β’ πΌ Sales experience preferred (Real Estate / Insurance / Banking / B2C Sales is a plus)
