We are launching another premium an ambitious project in the heart of marol, for that purpose, we need a very dynamic and efficient sales person.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Real Estate Sales professional. The role involves overseeing the sales process from start to finish, including identifying potential buyers, serving as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include showcasing and marketing properties, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Possess a knowledge of real property laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Real Estate processes and Sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
