Square Yards is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to grow our sales in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, handling key clients, and ensuring consistent closure of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities-
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Competencies-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience in real estate sales or channel sales
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of property sales cycle and documentation
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate
Marketing or related field
