Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing property transactions. Duties include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, showcasing real estate properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transaction processing. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and property valuations to provide accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate practices and regulations
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Experience in Real Estate and handling Real Property transactions
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
