Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential buyers through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage CRM data accurately.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and explain product features and benefits.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings/sales according to project terms.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and close deals.
- Analyse competitor offerings, price points, and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.
- Complete sales documentation and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance,) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Finance
- Any other Management-related course or certification
- Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with good negotiation skills
