Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients through the end-to-end property buying process, from identifying suitable properties to closing transactions. This role requires regular interaction with potential clients, showcasing properties, and providing expert guidance to help clients make informed decisions. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client network, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on real estate trends, market data, and property developments in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of local real estate trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is highly beneficial
