Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and investing. Key responsibilities will include managing client relationships, providing advisory services tailored to client budgets and needs, showcasing properties, negotiating on behalf of clients, and staying informed about market trends. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to understand their objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to close transactions and meet targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including relationship building and effective communication
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Ahmedabad and experience in the real estate industry
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach to work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and implement ethical practices in all transactions
