Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, showcasing residential and commercial properties, coordinating with developers, maintaining a strong relationship with clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Responsibilities include advising on real estate investments, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the company’s commitment to transparency and ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High motivation to achieve sales targets and effectively work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in market research and knowledge of the local real estate market
- Previous experience in a real estate or sales role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
