Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bareilly. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties, conducting property showings, managing client interactions, and negotiating deals. Key responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining updated knowledge of market conditions, and ensuring a seamless transaction process to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate market trends and processes
- Strong Real Property knowledge and ability to provide accurate information on property valuations
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Customer Service skills for building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
