Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Professional based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with buying and selling real estate properties, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and building meaningful relationships with clients. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining property listings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property sales
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service in client interactions
- Proven Sales experience with strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Excellent ability to manage relationships and provide tailored solutions for clients
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru South real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency with property sales platforms and CRM tools is advantageous
